I am an early riser. As in by 4:30 a.m. most days, sometimes earlier. I wake up without an alarm clock, which means that during my frequent trips to the west coast, I'm up and ready to go between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. I usually follow the same sleep routine whatever time zone I am in, which means I am usually sound asleep by 8 p.m. That routine definitely keeps me well-rested, even with a crazy schedule.
Sleep is definitely on my mind today, with Daylight Saving Time just hours away (!!!). I am flying to London tonight, which being several hours ahead of New York, theoretically means I should be able to sleep past 6 a.m. We'll see!
Before I leaving, I stopped by KCAL-TV in Los Angeles to share a few tips on getting a good night's sleep. You can check out the segment here.
